Our role

BookyPay acts solely as a technology intermediary between the owner/merchant and the customer. We are not a party to any sale or service delivery. The owner/merchant is solely responsible for providing the product/service, its quality, and any return or exchange policies.

We provide tools to manage links and facilitate payments via external payment providers. We do not hold customer funds on behalf of merchants.

Empower service providers and small businesses to collect payments quickly and easily with minimal friction, transparent information, and a secure experience for the payer.

How payment links work

Owners create a payment link that includes a description, amount, and optional notes or supporting documents. Each link is shareable by message, email, QR code, or any channel the owner prefers.

When a customer opens the link, they can review the information provided by the owner before being redirected to the payment provider’s checkout to complete the transaction. We display the owner’s legal name and support contact so customers know who they are paying.

Security and payments

Payments are processed by the external provider selected by the owner. BookyPay does not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Funds settle directly between the provider and the owner in accordance with their agreements.

We monitor link activity, provide alerts for suspicious behaviour, and offer tools that help the owner comply with local regulations when collecting payments from their customers.
